Ooh, look at us socialising and sharing!
Hi, I’m Natasha.
Ooh, look at me welcoming you to my creative blog, where I will introduce you to all the fun, creative and crazy things I get up to.
I am a wife and a mother to my 3 children and 2 dogs, so you can imagine how chaotic it can get in our house.
“Ooh, look at me!” is an ironic name because I actually don’t like drawing attention to myself or my family, yet I really like inspiring others to be creative because I know how fulfilling it can be. The name also comes from something silly we used to say years ago and it kind of just stuck with me.
Check out our About Us page for more information about us and what we do.
I hope this brings you creative joy
Let’s get yarning and creative!
Ooh, look at me going on a creative journey with you!

BOOK REVIEW (By Natasha 15/11/16) - Stampy’s Lovely Book By Stampy
“Stampy’s Lovely Book” is an activity book that contains fun puzzles, YouTube tips, comic strips, other games, and let’s not forget – CAKE! There are mazes, word searches, jokes, ‘Would You Rather?’, ‘Painful Puns’, challenges, how to draw Stampy, as well as How to bake a Stampy Cake!
Thanks to Dick and Dom’s Appsolute Genius programme featuring Stampy, my kids are obsessed with Minecraft. We were never interested before that. They started watching Stampy’s YouTube videos and quickly got engrossed in building things and playing games in Minecraft. They are also huge fans of Stampy (obviously), Squid, Sqaishey, AshDubh, DanTDM and all the other popular Minecraft YouTubers. This has led to Kameron and Korey requesting gaming computers for their birthdays this year (2016).
I saw Stampy’s Lovely Book, for £3.99, in The Book People (www.thebookpeople.co.uk) leaflet last year (2015) and we instantly decided to ask Santa to give it to them for Christmas. Then the kids saw Stampy’s vlog about it and said they would love to have the book. We knew we had made the right choice.
Kameron and Korey have really enjoyed the book. Their favourite parts have been the ‘Painful Puns’ and ‘Would You Rather?’. They have completed the majority of the puzzles but still have a few left. I think they are trying to make it last as long as possible.
The book really is “Lovely”. It is fantastically colourful, well laid out and has so much more for kids (or grown-ups) to do than you find in other activity books that you will be kept quiet for weeks! Also, the variety of the content means you will never get bored! In addition to this, we have found that it can even be used for educational purposes. The book covers many areas of the curriculum, such as literacy, art and maths, through logical and cognitive thinking. I wish I had bought one for myself! This is my type of book (you know, for the big kid in me!).
Our family give “Stampy’s Lovely Book” a lovely top rating of 5 out of 5!
